Tracy has a true passion for anything rural and with her rural background enjoys meeting and assisting people in the country with their real estate needs.
Tracy’s family has a long history in the Ngongotaha area with her grandparents owning and operating the Ngongotaha florist and hardware shop. Keith Rd was owned and farmed by her great grandparents and named after the family. The family then moved to a larger holding on Dalbeth Rd in the 1970’s then in time subdivided down to a lifestyle block until the 1990’s. Tracy met her husband Graham and started farming on their lifestyle property that they purchased in Kaharoa, in partnership started rearing calves, then into contract milking. Tracy and Graham started Beaufill Contracting in 2000 and in 2005 they won Zone 1 Rural Contractor Of The Year – a fantastic achievement.
Tracy does offer her clients a professional, motivated and personal service with a very down to earth honest approach.
