Although Katrina has just recently joined the friendly team at Duncan Realty Ltd, her experience and knowledge from her previous job has given her an invaluable head start to her new career.
Katrina has spent the past 9 years working in law firms both here and in Auckland. The last 6 years she has been a successful legal executive specializing in residential conveyancing here in Rotorua.

Katrina moved to Rotorua in 2000 from Auckland, which is where she grew up, and she hasn’t looked back since. She is married to Vaughan and has a 3 ˝ year old daughter Taylah. They take advantage of the lifestyle that Rotorua offers. They are both keen mountain bikers and love heading up to the snow in winter. Vaughan is an avid water skier – he currently holds the NZ speed ski record at 108 miles per hour on a water ski!
Katrina’s main focus is not only to provide a great service to her clients, but to do the best for her clients. She looks forward to helping existing and new clients alike, and building up a successful career in real estate.
